This policy applies to all personal data you present to us during hiring process and/or that we collect and process when you use online shops www.babycity.lt (hereinafter, BABYCITY.LT) and/or www.toycity.lt (hereinafter, TOYCITY.LT) owned and managed by KOTRYNA GROUP UAB, legal entity code 121673734, address of the registered office Dariaus ir Girėno g. 34, LT-02189 Vilnius (hereinafter, We or KOTRYNA GROUP UAB).

1.2. KOTRYNA GROUP UAB respects your privacy and protects your personal data that you present to us or that we collect as indicated herein. This privacy policy explains why we collect your personal data and how we use it.

2. Data submission

2.1. In an order or registration form, you are to submit full, complete and correct information about yourself. If you present inaccurate, false or misleading data, we have the right to cancel your registration or order or restrict your possibilities to use the online shop. In case of change in your data, please update it immediately.

3. Direct marketing

3.1. We use and process your data (e-mail address and telephone number) for direct marketing purposes on the basis of your consent, which is given:

3.1.1. by entering your personal data when subscribing for a newsletter in the section “Newsletter” on the website www.babycity.lt and/or www.toycity.lt;

3.1.2. marking in the registration form on the website www.babycity.lt and/or www.toycity.lt that you agree to receive direct marketing communications;

3.1.3. marking in the questionnaires in shops administered by KOTRYNA GROUP UAB that you agree to receive direct marketing communications.

3.2. In any case, you will always have a possibility to unsubscribe by following links in the newsletter. If you are registered in www.babycity.lt and/or www.toycity.lt websites, you can control your privacy parameters and consents to direct marketing after logging into your account.

3.3. The content of direct marketing messages will be notifications from retail chains “Baby City”, “Toy City”, “Žaislų planeta”, “Kotryna”, “Kidzone”, “OVS kids”, “Mothercare”, which participate in ONE FAMILY loyalty program and are administered by KOTRYNA GROUP UAB.

4. Freedom of choice

4.1. It is you who decide which personal data to disclose. If you decide not to disclose your data, you lose a possibility to make use of certain resources of the website www.babycity.lt and/or www.toycity.lt. For example, users, who decide against subscribing for free newsletters, will not be receiving exceptional offers, information about various promotions and lotteries.

5. Making enquiries

5.1. We use and process your data (first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and message text) for the purpose of administration of enquiries and giving answers on the basis of your consent, which is expressed when you enter your personal data and your message in the section “Do you have questions or complaints?” on the website www.babycity.lt and/or www.toycity.lt. If you do not present this personal data, KOTRYNA GROUP UAB will not be able to answer your enquiry.

6. Registration

6.1. We use and process your data (first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, sex, date of birth, photo, information you interested in, children’s names, sex, dates of birth) for the purpose of administration of your account on BABYCITY.LT and/or TOYCITY.LT on the basis of your consent, which is expressed when you enter your personal data on the website www.babycity.lt and/or www.toycity.lt when registering a new account. If you do not fill in the mandatory registration spaces, KOTRYNA GROUP UAB will not be able to create an account for you.

7. Candidates’ personal data

7.1. We process personal data (first name, surname, e-mail address, CV, motivation letter, position and other presented data) of candidates, who send their CVs directly to us by e-mail or through job search portals or through the website www.babycity.lt and/or www.toycity.lt, in order to be able to screen candidates for a job position. We process this personal data of candidates on the basis of their consent. We keep candidates’ personal data as long as the selection for a specific position is ongoing. Data is kept longer only if a candidate consents.

7.2. When making selections for a job position, we process only such personal data of candidates, which are related to their qualification, professional skills and job-related qualities. We do not collect and do not process candidates’ personal data of special categories.

8. Data retention term

8.1. We process and store all your personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes indicated herein.

8.2. We keep your registration data as long as you have a valid account on the website www.babycity.lt and/or www.toycity.lt.

8.3. We keep your enquiry data as long as the question asked is under examination and for 3 years after giving a consultation.

8.4. After the end of the period of selection for a specific job position with KOTRYNA GROUP UAB, we delete CVs and other data sent in by candidates, unless we have a candidate’s consent to process his/her personal data longer in order that we are able to offer him/her a job. In such a case, we keep the candidate’s personal data for up to 1 year after the moment of receipt of such data.

9. Data transfer

9.1. We can transfer your personal data to be processed by third parties, who provide services of delivery, provision of goods or services ordered by you on the online shops BABYCITY.LT and/or TOYCITY.LT or other services in connection with proper fulfilment of your order. We can transfer your personal data to be processed by third parties, who assist us in administering the online shops BABYCITY.LT and/or TOYCITY.LT and protecting data therein, also to providers of direct marketing services. Such persons may include database software providers, database administration services providers, cloud computing services providers, etc. Your personal data may also be provided in cases and under the procedure set by laws, e.g. to Lithuanian courts, bailiffs, law enforcement authorities, the State Tax Inspectorate or other third parties having a legal interest to obtain such data.

10. Information about minors

10.1. We advise parents and guardians to teach their children to use their personal data online carefully and responsibly. Minors should not present their personal data on websites without their parents’ or guardians’ consent. E-shop services can be used by all legally capable natural persons, who are not under 18; minors from 14 to 18 years of age can use them only with their parents’, adoptive parents’ or guardians’ consent, except for those cases where a minor independently disposes of his/her earnings or scholarship; authorised representatives of all the persons indicated above.

14.1.1. the right to request that KOTRYNA GROUP UAB gives you access to your data, rectifies or deletes it, or restricts data processing;

14.1.2. the right to object to data processing;

14.1.3. the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (right to data portability);

14.1.4. the right to cancel your consent;

14.1.5. the right to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

15. Effective term and amendments

15.1. This privacy policy is valid since 2018-05-25. If we amend this privacy policy, we will publish its updated version on websites www.babycity.lt and www.toycity.lt of the online shops BABYCITY.LT and TOYCITY.LT. Amendments and/or additions to the privacy policy come into effect at the moment they are published on the websites of the online shops BABYCITY.LT and TOYCITY.LT.
